Meet SARAH EUSDEN

Sarah Eusden lives a quiet life in the English countryside with her partner, daughter and golden retriever. She has been a professional writer for 9 years. However, it was only after the death of a friend, the ending of her marriage and the upheaval of the foundation on which she had built her beliefs that Sarah Eusden discovered poetry as a place to find solace, understanding, curiosity and reinvention.

In late 2025, after suffering from physical health difficulties, Sarah Eusden found herself confined to her home for several months. Although this brought an abrupt and unwelcome stillness, her creative mind remained restless. It was this season of turmoil that became the catalyst for what has become Powerful Poetry Club - a monthly ritual of writing and sharing original poetry for enthusiasts of hard-hitting, powerful literary art.
